Lyla takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, transfer, and delete your data.
We may process account data, conversation content, memory data, tasks, routines, calendar data, phone call data, and push tokens depending on the features you use.
Google Calendar integration may involve disclosure to Google LLC when you explicitly connect your calendar.
Data may be transferred to the United States to operate the service through Supabase, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Railway, and Google Calendar.
Data is retained until account deletion or feature disconnect, unless longer retention is required by law. You can delete your account in-app.
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, and human review of certain automated decisions.
We do not use browser cookies in the mobile app, but device identifiers and push tokens may be collected for service operation.
We do not use behavioral data for ads. Limited analysis may be used for personalization and quality improvement.
We use TLS, access control, encrypted storage practices, and Supabase Row Level Security.
